id (int 32-bit) – Chat ID
history_deleted (bool, optional) – Whether both users of this secret chat should also remove all of its messages

This object can be returned by 2 functions.

`messages.RequestEncryption`	Sends a request to start a secret chat to the user.
`messages.AcceptEncryption`	Confirms creation of a secret chat
